Kids Tennis
Tennis Australia’s Hot Shots program, ages 3–16. Kinder through Yellow Ball stages, grouped by age and ability. From $24/week. Free trial available; Active Kids Vouchers accepted.
Adult Tennis
Group coaching that mixes drills and match play in a social setting, led by qualified coaches.

How do I book a tennis court, and what does it cost?
Courts can be booked online through the Book a Court page (via the Mindbody system) or by calling (02) 9316 9785. Off-peak (Mon–Fri, 7am–5pm) is $32/hour; peak (Mon–Fri after 5pm and all day weekends) is $38/hour. Bookings are a minimum of 60 minutes, and cancellations need at least 12 hours’ notice.
How do I book a squash court, and what are the rates?
Mutch Park has 4 glass-backed squash courts, bookable via the Squash page, minimum 60-minute bookings. Casual hire is $40/hour any time. Members get free off-peak access (7am–4pm) and pay $24/hour during peak times (4pm–10pm). Racquet and ball hire is $5 per person.
What ages does Hot Shots cover, and how much does it cost?
Our Tennis Australia Hot Shots program runs from ages 3 to 16 — from Kinder through to Yellow Ball — with kids grouped by age and ability. Lessons start from $24.00/week for Kinder, and Active Kids Vouchers are accepted for $50 off enrolment.
Can my child try a session before joining?
Yes — a free trial lesson is available (optional but recommended) so you can confirm the fit before committing. Just contact us to book a time and we’ll help identify the right stage for your child.
What does Squash Membership include?
Squash Membership is $77.00/month (direct debit only) and includes free off-peak casual squash hire on weekdays (7am–4pm) and all day Sundays, a reduced $24/hour rate after 4pm on weekdays and Saturdays, free Social Squash sessions, and a 10% discount on merchandise.
When do adult competitions run?
Tennis: a Monday night singles competition runs 7:00pm–10:00pm across Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced divisions (graded by UTR), at $200 per player for the season. Squash: a Monday night competition runs from 6:00pm–9:00pm over a 13-week season, with food and balls provided, priced at $200 for non-members or $160 for members. Season start dates change regularly, so contact us or call (02) 9316 9785 to confirm the current season.
Do you run programs for schools?
Yes — Mutch Park offers school sport programs in tennis, squash, netball and soccer for both primary and secondary schools, with a bus service available. Enquire via the School Programs page.
Where exactly is the centre, and what are the hours?
53 Wentworth Ave, Pagewood NSW 2035 — close to Maroubra, Kingsford, Mascot, Botany, Eastgardens, Hillsdale and Banksmeadow. The centre is accessible via pin-code entry 7am–10pm, seven days a week. Staffed reception hours are Monday–Wednesday, 3:00pm–10:00pm. Call (02) 9316 9785 during staffed hours, or for equipment hire please give at least 24 hours’ notice.
How do I book a futsal court, and what does it cost?
Mutch Park has 3 futsal courts, marked on our multi-sport tennis courts. Hire is $85.00 per hour, bookable online via the Futsal page (Mindbody system) or by calling (02) 9316 9785. Bookings are a minimum of 60 minutes, and cancellations need at least 12 hours’ notice. Please put the tennis nets back on the court once you’ve finished.
